Rental Agreement/Requirements:

• Valid California Drivers Licence
• Deposits of VISA, MasterCard, Discover or open imprinted check with local address
• Coast Equipment Rental reserves the right to levy a $35.00 surcharge for any dishonored check or credit card
• All tire abuse & damage including flats & blowouts are customer responsibility
• 12% Damage waiver applies on all rentals
• If equipment fails, do not attempt to repair. Notify our office immediately or
regular rates shall apply
• A minimum cleaning charge of $25.00 applies for all equipment brough back uncleaned
• All trucks, trailers & equipment must remain in San Diego Imperial County at all times
• FREE 1/2hr travel time
Saturday Rental Policy:

• Equipment out before 12 noon and in by 8:00am Monday charge 1.5 days
• Equipment out after 12 noon and in by 8:00am Monday charge 1 day only
Redi-Mix Concrete Policy:
-
• Full-Size 3/4 Ton Pick-up truck, minimum
• Customer has 2 hours to unload content. After 2 hours we charge $40.00/hour for mixer
• All mixers must be returned clean after every load, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Fuel Prices:
Subject to change at discretion of management. Accurate prices are listed inside the rental office.-
Current Prices:
Unleaded - $4.50
Diesel - $4.50
Propane - $2.50
All fuel purchasing has a 5 gallon minimum
